Images must always be credited to Argument* Studio, and all rights will remain with the photographer. The images may only be used online for personal purposes (social media, website)
Image Publication
Images may be published in magazines and reposted on social media by suppliers and collaborators of Argument* Studio, provided that such use does not constitute advertising or commercial promotion. Any promotional use must be approved by Argument Studio in writing.
If the image material is to be used by third parties (e.g., suppliers) for other purposes (billboards, advertisements, brochures, etc.), a buy-out will apply. Please contact us for further details.
Photos are protected by copyright; use is only permitted according to the agreed terms. Modifications or alterations may only be made in writing and in accordance with the agreement.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total daily rate will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours, and 50% of the total daily rate will be charged for cancellations made within 12 hours. All costs incurred by the photographer must be reimbursed by the client, regardless of the notice period.
To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot day.
Image Delivery
I mages will be delivered in high-resolution format via a secure online gallery within four weeks after the shoot. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images.
Revision Policy
The initial package includes a specified number of revisions. If additional revision rounds are requested, they will be charged at an hourly rate of €95.
